To provide administrative support to the relevant business units, including sales tracking, schedule trade visits, managing expenditure and collating feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective sales tracking
- Effective diary management and office administration
- Marketing support – suppliers, marketing activity, promotional items
- System administration and reporting
- Product supply support and coordination
- Sourcing, ordering and processing of quotes and invoices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years secretarial / admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Have knowledge of Reports
