Job Description
• Basic knowledge of product and general operations within baking environment • Detailed and results oriented • Professional, diplomatic and cordial • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to interact at all levels in the organization
Duties & Responsibilities
• Print and capture bank statement transactions • Check for driver payments (direct deposits) on the bank statements, and forward them to the cashiers to process to driver’s accounts. • Assist drivers with queries on payments (direct deposits) • Process stale bread, scraps & empty bags payments on Syspro. • Process CATS Transfers to Loan Account • Daily cash recons to be updated on the bank weekly spreadsheet • Compare Cash recons to bank statements (on bank weekly spreadsheet) • Process Petty cash interbank transfers • Month end bank recons and submit to H/O • Monitoring cash shorts/overs (cashiers) • Reconcile and monitoring Cashiers Deposits.
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent Communication skills • 2-3 Years Relevant Financial Experience • Financial qualification as an advantage
