Omnia’s Agriculture division, the market leader in southern Africa, comprises Omnia Fertilizer and Omnia Specialities. The division produces granular, liquid and speciality fertilizers for a broad customer base of farmers, co-operatives and wholesalers throughout southern and East Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. The division is expanding its influence in Europe, South America and Asia, where it is increasing its sales of speciality products. The Omnia Agriculture division’s range of specialised products and services are encompassed by its unique Nutriology® offering, which assists customers to optimise crop yield and quality.


Grade 12 with Maths and Accounting Diploma in Administration (Preferable)


Previous experience in similar role


Administration of transport invoices, reconciliations, and payments. Checking and maintaining control over the accuracy of transport invoices. Administration of soil and leaf analysis. Administration of temporary employee’s contracts and time sheets. Administration of all overtime for permanent and temporary employees. Organizing all work functions and courses. Communicating with relevant parties for all loads transported to farmers. Capture of purchase orders and invoices. Ensure that all outstanding invoices are received and processed in time Open vendors on the system. Admin of the spares store and diesel store. Monthly buying of office supplies Travel and accommodation bookings Reception duties and handling of all switchboard calls.

Job Competencies

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is a must). Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong administration skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and follow through on duties. Ability to work effectively under pressure Responsibility and accountability.
